The Expansion of Medisonal Into European Markets
A major project that Medisonal have worked on is the expansion of the Medisonal brand overseas.
Our focus remains unwavering: enhancing access to life-unlicensed medicines, such as medical cannabis, for patients beyond the UK. Currently, oustide of the UK , our presence and resources are live in Czech Republic with efforts underway also for Poland and Germany.
Relevant Adaptations To the Prescription Process
As part of our efforts to move beyond the UK, understanding the rules and regulations regarding the prescription process were essential in ensuring we can provide adequate support to doctors around the world.
With this in mind, M3 has been adapted so that our guides ensure they provide country-specific information and recommendations on how to prescribe unlicensed medicines, such as CBPMs. This ensures healthcare professionals have access to the most precise and contextually-relevant information, and can go about the process with ease and comfortability.
Educational Courses Transalated per Country
As well as being able to support healthcare professionals in the prescription process, it is also important to make them aware about the capabilities around unlicensed medicines, which is why we have turned MIE into a multilingual resource.
The courses have so far been translated and adapted into the Czech language and for their environment, with the translation and adaptation currently also underway for Poland and Germany.
The aim of this is to educate healthcare professionals in these countries. In these courses, there are country specific content that have been adapted to the relevant market, such as addressing the unique regulations of each country, and also conditions that are trateable with medical cannabis.
